Mrs. Clema T. (Razor) Padgett, 82, 2709 Grand Ave, died unexpectedly, Monday in Henry County Memorial Hospital.     A native of Salt Lick, Ky., she was the widow of Wavey Padgett. She was a member of Walnut St. Church of God.     Survivors are a son, Marvin Padgett of Ruskin, Fla.; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, a sister, Mrs.	Bessie Sparks of Lafayette; several nieces andnephews.     Services will be a 2 PM Thursday in Walnut St. Church of God with Rev. Harold Goodpaster officiating. Burial will be in South Mound Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 5 PM and 7 to 9 PM Wednesday at Main and Frame Funeral Home and one hour before services at the church on Thursday.

Wavey and Clema are buried in South Mound Cemetery, New Castle, Henry County, Indiana.
