19 September 1830 in Fleming County, Kentucky.
Richard died in the 1850 on a farm in Bath County, Kentucky
and is buried in George's Cemetery, Moore's Ferry, Bath,
Kentucky.
Prudence died in 1856 in Bath County, Kentucky.

According to the 1850 census of Bath Co.,KY Prudence was born in
Kentucky in 1810. The current information is from a book about the
Razors entitled, THE FAMILY OF HENRY AND ELIZABETH RAZOR---1771-1997 by
Charles and Jolene Bullock, 70 E. Sycamore Drive, Springport, IN
47386.
Has a Nancy Thomas , age 71, born in Virginia, living with the family
in the 1850 census of Bath Co. KY. We are unsure of her connection.
!Birthdate from a scrap of paper found in a Phelps Family Bible
received via Olyve Abbott from Bruce Logan, 321 Spring CB 11-05,
Wheelerburg, OH 45694.
