Thelma Flowers, 77
NEW CASTLE, Ind, - Thelma Flowers, 77, died Sunday in Holly Hill Nursing Home. She was born in Salt Lick, Ky., and lived in New Castle many years. Mrs. Flowers was a member of South Memorial Drive Church of God. Survivors include two daughters, Sherry Lantz (husband: William), Indianapolis, an Mary Oda Pierce (husband: Gary), Anderson; two sons, Micheal Flowers, Anderson, and Jerry Flowers, Bay City, Mich.; three sisters, Betty Littrell (husband: James), Nona Lester and	Rosemary Poe (husband: Floyd), all of New Castle; a brother, Nelson T. Razor, New Castle, and 10 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren and several nieces, nephews, and cousins. Her husband, Herschel Flowers, died in 1952. She was also preceded in death by a sister Beulah Voehl. Services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday in South Memorial Drive Church of God, with Rev. Bob Cole officiating. Burial will be in Mount Summit Cemetery. Section 7 - Lot #28 Calling will be 1-3 p.m. Wednesday at the church.
