Marjorie Ellen (Stohler) Razor, resident of Middletown, died peacefully Saturday evening, May 9 in The Waters residence area of Henry County Memorial Hospital after a long illness. She was born April 21, 1923, the only child of Verl and Gladys Marie (Nixon) Stohler and was a 1941 graduate of Sulphur Springs High School. She was married for 68 years to her beloved and devoted husband, John Charles Razor who survives. Surviving also are two children: Melanie Kay Razor of Muncie and Brad (Mary) Razor of Yorktown During WW 2, she worked at Brooks Foods in Mt. Summit. Later she worked for Delco Remy in Anderson and retired from Modernfold in New Castle in 1985 after 33 years of service. Through the years she enjoyed ladies card club, riding with her husband on his motorcycle and helping him with construction projects, reading, growing flowers and vegetables in their garden. She loved working in her yard, solving jigsaw puzzles and loved nature. She could readily identify birds and their songs. In later years she researched family genealogy and enjoyed traveling with her husband on short scenic trips. Marjorie is also survived by three grandchildren:	Kim Pfeifer (Steve) of Fishers, Julie Frigo of Fishers, and Amy Yakos (Tony) of Muncie, three great granddaughters: Sydney Pfeifer of Fishers, Marigail and Alexandra Yakos of Muncie., four cousins: Donald Lee Stohler of Raleigh, NC, Ermil Stohler of Naples FL, David Stohler of Vinton VA and Verlena Stohler White of St. Cloud, FL, also surviving are sisters and brothers-in-law: Mary (Razor) Stone, Mayme Razor Haynes (John Thomas), Juanita Razor Leffingwell all of New Castle, Hazel Razor Keesling of Middletown, Ray Razor (Cheryl) of Ft. Myers FL. and several nieces and nephews, 1 Aunt: Berneida Nixon of Muncie, Cousins: Diane Studebaker, Kim Campbell Beasley, Vicky Whetsel of Muncie, Linda Haas of Indianapolis, Jay Nixon of Poway, CA, Mark Nixon of Hilton Head, SC, Anita Pritchett of Yorktown. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday at Mt. Summit Cemetery at 11:00 am with Rev. Marty Ballard of the Yorktown Church of the Nazarene officiating. Melanie Kay RAZOR, born 19 January 1943 in Henry County Memorial Hospital, New Castle, Indiana, married Robert Gene POFFENBARGER 13 June 1965 in Sulphur Springs Christian Church. Bob, son of George and Thelma POFFENBARGER, nee WHITWORTH, was born 9 June 1943 in Henry County Memorial Hospital, New Castle, Indiana.

Melanie and Robert were divorced 13 September 1985.

No children:

Melanie married Phillip GARDNER, 22 April 1989 in Unitarian Universalist Church. Phillip, son of Paul J. and Anna M. GARDNER, nee DAY, was born 12 January 1950.

His Children:

Alicia GARDNER, born 15 January 1978.
Douglas GARDNER, born 24 June 1981.

Bradley Jay RAZOR, born 25 February 1948 in Henry County Memorial Hospital, New Castle, Indiana, married Lucinda Louise JONES 31 August 1968 in Sulphur Springs Christian Church. Cindy, daughter of Allen WEBER and Betty JONES, nee WRIGHT, was born 22 November 1949.

Bradley and Lucinda were divorced January 1973.

No Children:

Brad married Mary Jacqueline BARTON, nee RUST 28 February 1973 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Mary, daughter of Chet and Catherine RUST, nee ROBBINS, was born 27 November 1945 in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana.

Their children:
1. Kimberli Jacqueline BARTON, born 9 September 1964, at in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana, married Dr. Stephen PFEIFER 28 Nov. 1987.
2. Julie Ann BARTON, born 7 June 1969 at in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana.
3. Amy Catherine RAZOR, born 3 January 1975 at in Ball Memorial Hospital, Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana.
