Irvin ROGERS, born 12 May 1920 at Lebo, Coffey County, Kansas, married Addie Louise RUSSELL 3 July 1937 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.   Addie, daughter of Robert Nathaniel and Katie Leanah RUSSELL, nee COURTNEY, was born 26 August 1918 at St. Clair, Hawkins County, Tennessee.

They were divorced 10 July 1947.

Irvin died 20 December 1976, at Newman's Memorial Hospital, Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas and was buried on 23 December 1976, at Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.

Their children:

  1. John D. ROGERS, born 17 June 1938 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas, married Ilene Ann GRIMM 30 August 1978 at Topeka, Shawnee County, Kansas.   Ilene, daughter of Albert Edward and Hannah GRIMM, nee RAAF, was born 28 December 1951 at Burlington, Coffey County, Kansas.

  1. B. Rose Mary ROGERS, 3 July 1940 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas, married Richard Lee WEAVER 24 February 1960 at Juarez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Richard, son of Preston Theodore and VaLera Florence WEAVER, nee SLOWN, was born 23 July 1927 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.

    Their children:

    1. Mary Louise WEAVER, born 8 December 1960 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas, married Franklin D. Lowery 27 September 1991 at Bushong, Lyon County, Kansas.   Franklin, son of N. L. and Mary LOWERY, nee MAKINGS, was born 13 may 1950 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.

      No Children:

    2. Janet Lee WEAVER, born 7 November 1962 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas, married Paul Michael DORATHY 19 December 1981 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.   Paul, son of Gerry DUANE and Mary Jo DORATHY, nee DEAN, was born 28 November 1959 at Davenport, Iowa.

      Their children:

      1. Michael Lee DORATHY, born 4 August 1986 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.

      2. Brittani Ann DORATHY, born 4 December 1987 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.

    3. Beth Ann WEAVER, born 3 March 1967 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas, married Timothy Lynn WEBB 21 March 1987 at Emporia, Lyon County, Kansas.   Timothy, son of John Rankin and Carolyn WEBB, nee _____, was born 25 August 1962 at _____.
