RHEA, nee CROSS, was born 23 May 1931 in Muncie, Delaware County, Indiana.

Member Parker Methodist Church. Graduate Center H.S. 1949; Recipient Grace Maring Award for scholastic achievement. Attended Purdue University one year, and Indiana University one year. P.M. Whitney Masonic Lodge #229 F.& A.M.; member Whitney Chapter #564 O.E.S. Farmer and office clerk in Plant Engineering Department at Chevrolet, Muncie, Indiana.
Jacqueline:
Member Parker Methodist Church. Graduate Center H.S. 1949 and Indiana Busines College 1949. Member Whitney Chapter #564 O.E.S. Former Note Teller at American National Bank, Muncie, Indiana.
