Gladys:
Member Connersville First Methodist Church. Graduate Center H.S. 1914; Muncie Normal Institute 1915. Attended Indiana University and Ball State University. Elementary teacher Delaware County eight years. Returned to teaching in 1953 in Fayette County Indiana and retired in 1961.
William:
Member Connersville First Methodist Church. Served as Chairman of Board of Trustees; Sunday School Teacher from 1927 to present. Graduate New Amsterdam H.S. 1920; B.S. Ball State University 1930; M.S. Indiana University 1936; and Post Graduate work at Purdue in High School Administration. Has served as President of Kiwanis Club and Indiana Elementary Principals Association; Present member Board of Directors for Indiana Society for Crippled Children and Adults and Chairman Fayette County Chapter of American Red Cross. Teacher in Souther Indiana two years; elementary principal Delaware County six years. Moved to Connersville 1928 where he was elementary principal eighteen years; principal of Senior High School five years; assistant superintendent and director of elementary and special education since 1951.
